The short answer
To set up IPTV Israel, install an app (IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or IBO Player), choose Xtream Codes and paste the server, username and password from your login message. Five to ten minutes later you are watching. If your device does not support Xtream Codes, use the M3U link instead.
