Questions about prices and payment
Why are prices in US dollars?
The service is sold the same way in every country, so the price does not change with exchange rates. Your bank converts it to shekels, pounds or any other currency when you pay by card.
How can I pay?
Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or crypto (USDT, Bitcoin and others). You choose on the secure checkout after your details.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the plan you pick. A few days before it ends we email you in case you want to renew.
What does “screen” mean?
One device watching at the same time. With 1 screen you can install the app on several devices, but watch on one at a time. If two TVs play at once, choose 2 screens.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. When you renew you can move to another plan or add screens; write to us in the chat and we adjust it.
