What we collect

When you request a trial, order or contact us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, and the device and app you use. In the chat we store the messages of the conversation.

Why we use it

To provide the service (send your login), help you set it up, confirm payments, remind you before your plan ends and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by secure payment platforms. We never see or store your full card details.

Who processes it

Only the providers we need to operate: the email delivery service, the website hosting and the payment platforms, acting on our behalf.

How long we keep it

While your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to answer questions or meet legal and payment obligations. Then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, including under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the law of your country. Write in the chat or from the contact page.

Emails

We email you about your trial, your order and your plan, and sometimes offers for customers. Every offer email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

The site uses browser storage to remember your chat and order, and visitor statistics without advertising cookies.
