When you can get a refund

Within 7 days of your purchase, if the service does not work on your device or connection and our support could not solve it. That is why we recommend the free 24-hour trial first.

When a refund does not apply

After 7 days, when the service works but you no longer wish to use it, or when the login was used beyond the screens purchased or shared with others.

How to ask

Write in the chat or from the contact page with your order number. We will first try to fix the problem; often it is an app or server setting.

How and when it is paid

Through the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. For cards, the final timing depends on your bank. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to the address you provide.
