1. The service

IPTV Israel provides access to live channels and on-demand content over the internet, for use in third-party apps on your own devices. The channel line-up and content can change over time, as they depend on the available sources.

2. Free trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial, one per household. No payment details are needed and it never turns into a paid plan by itself.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Prices are published on the plans page, in US dollars, and cover the full service for the chosen plan. Payment is made in advance with the methods available at checkout. Any currency-conversion fees are set by your bank or payment provider.

There is no automatic renewal: each plan is paid once and we remind you before it ends.

4. Screens and personal use

Each plan allows the number of screens purchased to watch at the same time. Your login is for personal and household use only: it may not be resold, shared publicly or rebroadcast. If use exceeds the screens purchased, we may ask you to adjust the plan.

5. Devices and internet

You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for outages of your internet provider, device faults or changes in third-party apps, but we will always help you work around them.

6. Support

Support is provided through the website chat and by email, in English, with Hebrew and Russian on request.

7. Refunds

If the service does not work on your device and we cannot fix it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the refund policy.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access in case of use that breaches these terms (resale, rebroadcasting, payment fraud), with notice where possible.

9. Independent service

IPTV Israel is not connected to any broadcaster, channel, league, club or app developer. See the independent service notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown above. Changes do not affect plans already paid.
