How to watch Israeli TV on a Samsung or LG Smart TV
No extra device: the app runs on the TV itself.

The short answer
On a Samsung or LG Smart TV, install IBO Player or IPTV Smarters from the TV’s app store, note the device code the app shows (MAC address and key), then add your IPTV Israel playlist on the app developer’s website or directly in the app. About 10 minutes.
Step by step
Install and add your login
Open the TV app store
Samsung: Apps in Smart Hub. LG: LG Content Store. The TV must be online.
Install IBO Player or IPTV Smarters
IBO Player is the most stable on these brands; IPTV Smarters is available on many models too.
Note the device code
IBO Player shows a MAC address and a device key when it opens. Take a photo with your phone.
Add your playlist
On your phone, open the app developer’s official site, enter the MAC and key, and add your M3U link or Xtream details.
Restart the app
Close and reopen it: the channels, guide and library appear. Open the Israel group.
